How Does the Concept Work?

In business finance, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis is a method of valuing a business or its money-generating assets using the concept of the time value of money. Future cash flows are estimated and discounted by using the cost of equity to determine present value. The sum of all future cash flows that belong to business owners, both incoming and outgoing, is taken as the value of the business in question.

This model is intended to provide business owners with a starting point for determining the asking price. Any definitive valuation would require a review by a qualified appraiser.

The Business Valuation Model Excel 60 combines relative indicators for future performance with basic financial data to value any business. This valuation method can be used for business purchase, sale, or establishment. The model uniquely applies your intuitive business and market knowledge to provide a 3 year forecast with sensitivity analysis, investment return, and a business valuation. This download is licensed as freeware for the Windows (32-bit and 64-bit) operating system/platform with certain restrictions based on its EULA. Business Valuation Model Excel is available to all software users as a free download for Windows.

We tested the file bv.zip with 30 antivirus programs and it turned out 100% clean. It's good practice to test any downloads from the Internet with trustworthy antivirus software.
